Application requirements
- ALES numerical score ≥ 75, equivalent to a GRE Quantitative score of at least 155 (700 in the old system).
- Undergraduate GPA ≥ 2.30/4.00 (60.33/100).
- Graduates of all engineering programmes may apply.
- The ITU foreign language requirement must be satisfied within one year of acceptance.
Applicants from outside electrical, electronics, control, civil and mechanical engineering may be asked to take non-credit undergraduate courses as a scientific preparation programme.
Graduation requirements
- At least eight courses totalling 24 credit hours.
- A non-credit seminar course (RSM 596) and a thesis.
- At least 12 of the 24 credits from compulsory course groups.
- Six of those twelve from the common compulsory courses, six from the option-specific group chosen with the supervisor.
- At least 30% of all credits from courses delivered in English.
